Me on the beach near Bournmouth last year.
I have recently enjoyed Dead Woman's Shoes by Kaye C Hill. It's a light, funny and very clever crime/detective novel with an unusual and interesting twist. If you like Pratchet/ Douglas Adams-esque humour you'll really enjoy this. Every time I thought I'd sussed it, which I usually do & that's why I don't much like crime novels, it turned out to be a red herring. I am mostly litening to Snow Patrol, White Stripes & Coldplay right now but I have a lot of time for the oldies & goldies like Pink Floyd, Hendrix, Gipsy Kings, Prince, Meatloaf,
Motzart, in fact anything I fancy at the time. I have a whole lot of vinyl I need to digitise too. One day. |
