Interests:
I am a music fanatic. It not only is a passion of mine,..it is an obsession. Singing is an extension of my soul, and it allows me to express my heart, my mind, my body and spirit, well beyond the depths of just simple words. So many times in my life I have been lost for words,..but I will never be lost for song. I enjoy a good book every now and again, when time permits. I have recently learned to like cooking a great deal, and have found baking to be very relaxing. I am also a history buff and love to go sightseeing anything that is old! But above all I love to spend time with my family, just having fun and enjoying life!!
Favorite Music:
I really love acoustic rock and folk, but have an appreciation for all genres. Some of my favorites are U2, Patty Griffin, Stevie Nicks, Heart, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood Mac, Susan Tedeschi, Tori Amos, Jewel, Eva Cassidy, Sarah McLachlan, K.T. I like all types of movies, as long as they are well written,...I don't like the same old recycled scripts. Some of my favorites are Cinderella, Forrest Gump, Grease, Wizard of Oz, Beetlejuice, Fight Club, American History X, Being John Malcovich, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, Dogma, Office Space, Sense and Sensability, Pride and Prejudice, Boondock Saints, Labarynth, Love Actually, Crash, Big Fish, Chasing Amy, Silence of the Lambs, The Hours, Memento, Sliding Doors, The English Patient, Requiem for a Dream, Trainspotting, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, High Fidelity, Say Anything, Edward Scissorhands, The Usual Suspects, Reservoir Dogs, Rent, Moulan Rouge, and my most favorite movie ever,..Pulp Fiction!
Television:
American Idol, Ghost Hunters, Lost and anything historical or metaphysical.
Books:
I love Jane Austen, and any other classic literature that revolves around historic English culture. Some of my other favorite books are The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, The Thirteenth Tale and A Ghost Story.
