My name is Christopher, I'm an American amateur filmmaker, longing to be a professional filmmaker in Europe.
I'm shooting my first short film on an old French Super8 motion picture camera.
Once funding improves, I plan on shooting on 16mm.
I might do some freelance journalism on 16mm as well...not to earn a living mind you, but just to do it. Unfortunately, times are hard, and I'll be lucky if I can afford to get any kind of project off the ground at all. But I'm sure I'll find a way.
I find most of my inspiration from European filmmakers, mainly from the previous century. |
