A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle. For example: If she is ovulating, she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features. However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she tends to be more attracted to a man with duct tape over his mouth and a spear lodged in his chest while he is on fire.
No further studies are expected.

My strength workout consists of 4 days per week: 1 day for each of the following: Clean & Press, Dead-lift, Bench Press, and Squat.
The cycle is for 3 weeks, each week has a specific percentage goal. The first week is set at 85 percent of my 1 Rep Max for no less than 5 repetitions per set. The second week is set at 90 percent of 1RM for 3 reps and the third week at 95 percent for 1 rep.
I've been on this program now for 18 weeks now, its awesome....great strength gains....

I love my job, its dirty but pays well. I meet some interesting people while crawling through their manufacturing plants .
I like most music except most rap and some opera.
I participate in some extreme sports. I love surfing, deep water diving, deep sea fishing and rough water swimming. Power lifting and Strong man too.
I live in the most liberal -politically speaking, state in the good ol' red white and blue. I love how tolerant they can be with most views except a conservative one.
