Things I've tried and love;
boxing, living alone, giving care to those who need it.
Things I like consistently; dark beer, reading, writing, driving when I feel down, fishing, backpacking, baking, Tom Petty, Mark Knopfler, trying new things that will make it easier for me to be self sufficient in the future, talking with open minded people I've never met before (hello, Flork) , running (I'm getting better at it).
Things I like the idea of; tea, black and white movies, classical music, hang gliding, owning a motorcycle, rock climbing.
Things I don't like; working in a hospital, people who don't smile back or avoid eye contact, brushing off accountability.
Things I hate; wet socks. Really, that's it. Maybe intolerance, but I haven't made time to rationalize that enough to have an argument about it. I know that I loathe wet socks thought.
I don't understand how it has become socially unacceptable that I don't ignore my friends to text someone back right away.
I want to build an earth-bag home, couch surf the U.S., and raise bees. Oh! Salsa lessons! I want to learn how to dance. Maybe fencing... glass blowing. All right, all right. I have a long bucket list.
I took 4 semesters of Spanish because I want to study in South America. I may have a hard time in Brazil.
I have strong opinions about what defines men from boys, but I'm not always able to articulate them. I'm starting to think women never stop acting like girls...
