i like film and literature which will make me laugh, cry, or just knock my socks off with it's astounding beauty.
i have to admit to loving a bit of mindless literary violence now and again - i find horror very 'easy reading'. i adore books of factoids (i inherit this from from my dad) and will pick up and peruse books like schotts miscellanies, just to leave the page knowing more than i did before i picked it up.
my taste in music varies, everything from math rock, metal, punk and ska, to classical.
i've been known to write poetry and short stories - but unfortunately although i have a passion for music, i have absolutely no talent for it!
i don't watch much tv - but i love house, QI, heroes, top gear and anything with ray mears or louis theroux in!
