Last movie: "Roman de gare" clever and nicely filmed with a great peformance from the lovely Fanny Ardent but not the best Lelouch i've seen...
Last book : Currently reading "The deal breaker" by Harlan Coben and loving it. Do people like Windsor Horne Lockwood III exist in real life?? if so, i want one!!
Currently listening to : John Coltrane's Blue train CD...totally fab!
Favourite TV show: sadly Lost has finished so don't have one at the moment! watching the Euro cup instead.

I came across this site while looking for reviews for Quentin Jardine's books. It said I have to be logged in before checking forums etc so I did without knowing what to expect...i kind of liked the webpage, the colours...Anyway, here I am now and i haven't been disappointed...yet

About me, I love books, I am a non stop reader and i am addicted to thrillers, my favourite writer, David Baldacci! God, is he ever going to stop making me cry and fall in love with his heroes!! But i read pretty much everything from Rumi to Voltaire to Bernard Shaw to Poe... I am fluently trinlingual, so i have the luxury of reading in French and Arabic too...
Movies: I love historical movies with a twinge of romance, my all time favourite movie is The English Patient and pretty much any movie with Ralph Fiennes in it. I also like French Cinema and the new Spanish and German cinema.
Music: I am into Indie music, and i love pretty much every single British indie group..there are so many i can't possibly name them all...
I also like Jazz, classical , world music and much more....
I love arts especially painting and i spend my free time visiting the museums and art galleries in London. I am not mad about contemporary art though, so don't try discussing with me Francis Bacon's "toilet" piece or Mrs Emin's urine-soaked sheets displayed in the Tate Modern! My opinion is that they are despicable and an insult to art!
Oh i forgot to mention that i LOVE cooking and experimenting new recipes in my lab (kitchen). I have tried every combination of mediterranean spices/oils and now i'm totally immersed in Asian cooking. So if you share this passion and like to talk good food, drop me a line!
Anyway, that was a brief introduction :-)...i'll keep some mystery for later...
