First-off PurpleSurfeit serves more as a moniker than a name per se. It merely means, "an abundance of purple." I'm a strong believer in spirituality. STOP, Let me expound. By spirituality I mean the harmony of you and the things you tend to be attracted to.
My belief system says, "we don't pick our favorites (or what we're attracted to)...instead we learn what they are and adapt." A lot of it can be attributed to your environment like the type of people you associate with, the entertainment you indulge in, etc. and from all things around you messages are sent to your brain, that categorizes them on a continuum from APPROVED to DISAPPROVED.
Thus, at birth there are already certain factors and/or charactersitics we are born with and from infancy through early childhood we go through a five senses learning process (vision, audition, tactition, olfaction and gustation). So by the time we become adolescents, who we are has been pretty-much formulated. Leaving a narrow margin for correction [by persuasion]. Any questions?
My real name is James. I was born Nov. 5, 1973 in Ft. Laud., FL. I'm a 5'3, 120 lb., bi-sexual, black, male. I usually identify myself as gay because I believe a bi-sexual is a homosexual who happens to also be attracted to the opposite sex. I also identify myself as black, however my heritage consists of Afro-Irish & Cherokee and my features displays characteristics of all three. My normal hair & eye color is black & brown (respectively). My skin complexion is reddish-brown. I consider myself a very loving person (to whom I choose).

I listen to an array of music from rock to r&b, from country to rap, from pop to gospel and even a touch of jazz. Though my favorite style of music is alternative metal, my favorite artist is Prince.
Purple is my favorite color and my favorite number is 17. My #1 pastime is 'listening to music' and a close #2 is 'doing things on my computer.' If I didn't have a computer then my #1 pastime would be 'playing with numbers.' I'm into things like numerology, astrology, psychology, historology and other sciences. I'm pretty much a loner. However, those on the local front usually see me hanging out periodically. I don't know how to drive...don't really have a desire to learn [long story].
