Hi. I’m Elizabeth. I’ve been on this site forever. I’ve had many great flork friends over the years and I firmly believe that having internet friends does not detract from having a real life. School, work, my family, and my boyfriend are more important to me than anything else.
I prefer talking to people who write coherently (except if English is not your native language, in which case I understand). I spent all of my high school life as a really good runner and have now realized that I’m much happier spending my time on other things. I currently practice Taiji, Yoga, and Tae Kwon Do, which I find are more nuturing forms of exercise than competitive running. Along with everyone else, I've had some rough times in my life. I enjoy various drugs and I like to hear/share drug related experiences.
I love: cold weather, other countries, college, music, epic car rides, caffeine and nicotine, all-nighters, creating messes, trampolines, and Indian food.
I hate: beeping cell phones.

music I enjoy:pavement, sonic youth, radiohead, beta band, pilotdrift, my morning jacket, the shins, flaming lips, xtc, beck, rage against the machine, sublime, cake, echo and the bunnymen, bush, gillian welch/david rawlings machine, nirvana, rhcp, third eye blind, velvet underground, ratatat, regina, MIA
I do read too, when I have time. Favorites include: slaughterhouse five, about a boy, on the road, dharma bums, anything by phillip pullman, 1984, things fall apart, brave new world, atlas shrugged, eat pray love, harry potter, ender's game, as I lay dying, the kite runner, a thousand splendid suns, to kill a mockingbird, aaand the sisterhood of the traveling pants. This list is sadly short, please give me recommendations.
