It's been a while since I've updated my page, but change is in the air. Autumn breezes fill the days and nights and my daughter is preparing for the arrival of my first grandchild. Our family has drawn close as we await the arrival of little Olivia. We expect her to make her grand entrance any time within the next few weeks. Despite the fall colors, our world is awash with pink - blankets, booties, ribbons and bows. Thank you all who have sent your good wishes.

Although I love the movies, I'm not big on doing movie reviews. But I just returned from seeing Hairspray. I haven't had that much fun in a movie theatre since...well, never mind...I cannot recommend this movie highly enough. If ever there was a man to do a woman's job, John Travolta is that man. Go see this movie!

At last my mimosa tree is in full bloom and couldn't be more lovely. Pink puffs exploding all over the back yard following what seemed an endless drought. The bees and the kitties are delighted.
