Via this system you can create a personal profile and publish information. Additionally, you can use
this profile to log into other services like www.gnoosic.com, www.gnooks.com and www.gnovies.com and
use your choosen Username for example when posting messages on the discussion boards of these sites.
Other Users of these sites then will be able to look up your profile.
Please be aware, that information you publish via this system are accessible by everyone worldwide and
that you are responsible for what you publish. An exception is your email-address. It will not be
published and is only used for communication with the owner of this site.
As soon as you activate your account, a personal page will be created for you, that is accessible
under www.flork.com/YourName.html. "YourName" will be the username you choose.
Lots of things cannot be published due to legal reasons. For example inflammatory statements, insults,
contents that infringe copyright or other rights of third parties and content that is not suitable for young people.
When choosing a username, please be aware, that it is not allowed to use a name that equals or might be mistaken
for the name of another person or any other third party or brand.
Profiles in this system are only partly screened by the owner of this site. Therefore, your profile might stay
publicly available for an indefinite amount of time, independent of its content.
Please be aware, that your profile might be edited or deleted if this seems appropriate. There is no guaranty that
your profile will be available in the future.
Flork might be only a temporary name for this project and the project will probably moved to another domain in
the future. By using this system, you accept that your profile will be moved to a new domain along with this
project and will then be available in the new project that has a new name.
Severability Clause
If any section of these TOS passed hereafter is declared to be unconstitutional or void, or if for any reason is
declared to be invalid or of no effect, the remaining sections shall be in no manner affected thereby but shall
remain in full force and effect.
